AMERICAN CORPORATE EXECUTIVE SERVICES - N786TF - I thought it was law enforcement going round and round over Pompano Beach 11-19-2019 at Copans Rd and Dixie Hwy but I guess it is a local private company doing some pics or mapping with that big camera thing (which obscured the tail number enough it took a while to find online...)It was pretty high. Maybe 1500ft. This was 600mm handheld on crop sensor XSI Canon Rebel. I'd love to hear about the camera on it if anyone knows about them.

Thanks for the great photo! In 2019 noticed this plane radiating "N9999" and flying in small circles for hours. Its likely that there is some type of law enforcement operating the plane.
